Keeping a diary, I have always failed at. Cognitive journaling, on the other hand, as a coping mechanism for my mental illness, works like a charm.

I was mostly kidding. I think it’s probably technically possible to recreate if someone works hard enough, but there’s very little of your original text left. You’re probably safe unless you have nuclear secrets in that notebook.
Yeah I wouldn’t have posted anything that could jeopardize my well-being in any way. But I did re-read it after seing your comment. I should’ve recorded my facial expression. 🤣
