We have local producers Ole and La Chiquita that I can find in a few stores and farmers markets. Depending on where you are, someone has got to be supplying the Mexican restaurants.

Calidad is excellent and pretty available in the Southeast. We have local producers Ole and La Chiquita that I can find in a few stores and farmers markets. Depending on where you are, someone has got to be supplying the Mexican restaurants.
Northern Maine. Possibly not a hotspot of authentic Mexican cuisine.
