minus-squareDagwood222@lemm.eelinkfedilinkarrow-up3·3 days agoAnother easy idea is get a big pot and a bunch of pint sized containers. I’ll make five quarts of stew/chili/soup and freeze portions. Right now I have lentil soup and chili sitting in the freezer. Good hot meal really fast.
This is exactly how I used to do it. Roast a whole chicken and make multiple different meals out of it.
