Possibly the coolest thing about it is that when you complete the “Shire” challenge you are gifted a medal that includes an envelope with The Ring. The medal for completing Mordor has a place to slot The Ring into it, so when you finally make it to Mordor you can “dispose” of it.

Thank you for your kind words of encouragement! 💪 My goals are really to “simply” feel good, not to get swole. 🫣 And I can attest to the fact that my body hurts less after even 30 minutes at the gym. 😊

Feeling good is a rather good goal and rather beneficial in forming the habit of working out.

Though don’t be afraid of lifting some weights, getting swole is actually rather difficult and not permanent. While the most basic resistance training, in addition to cardio, can provide myriad of health benefits up to old age and will make day to day function easier.

I just use my loathing and spite to fuel my training. Still too early to tell if that’s a viable long term plan, but early results are promising.

To each their own! I too use feelings of anger, hate and sorrow at the gym from time to time when I cannot find any other way to release pain. Speaking of Tolkien’s characters, let’s just be careful not to turn in Melkor or Sauron.
