My key cap cleaning process is an ultrasonic cleaner with a little dish soap, then if I want to speed up the drying process they get thrown in a dehydrator at 140° F (60° C). Otherwise air drying is fine on a towel is perfectly fine if time isn’t an issue.
Wait what does baking/dehydrating them do? I cleaned mine a month ago but didn’t know that was some kind of step.
