Good thoughts and I actually used water in smaller jars for days 1 and 2. My issue is finding things large enough to hold the requisite amount of water (without spilling it all over myself.)
But yeah, I’ve only got to get to 7 days and then we’re hoping my shoulder should be back to full mobility so I can go back to real exercises.
In that case, maybe canned soup (or beans) in grocery bags?
Ooooh, that’s an interesting one! I hadn’t considered using a bag to hold several smaller things…! I think you’ve just solved days 4+!
